The packaging was awful. All of the hardware and smaller pieces were loose in the box as if they had been tossed in. We had to dig through the packaging to find the hardware and in the end had to go to the store to buy some missing pieces. That said, I do like the way they look and the storage is nice.

Came broken, which I just discovered when the handyman and I unwrapped it. One door has a cracked corner and is missing a pin. One of the shelves is also cracked. Hayneedle is going to call the manufacturer and see if only those parts can be replaced, otherwise I have to pack up the extremely heavy package and drag it into town to send it back, wait for another heavy package to arrive (with a huge carbon footprint for all this), and try to schedule the handyman again. It's pretty flimsy, plus we will have to drill holes for the lower support because naturally it hits right where the toilet pipes come out of the wall, but at least its not toxic particle board emitting formaldehyde, which is the main reason I ordered it.
