So far I have tried the vanilla and strawberry and you do not get that protein drink after taste as I've experienced with other types. I have difficulty with milk products, but this product did not affect me in a negative way. It's very easy to get this amount of protein with not a lot of value. Trust me I know about drinking protein drinks from gastric sleeve procedure 15 years ago. Backspace this is definitely not a protein shake that I am used to from years ago.
