I am a personal trainer. I need workout pants that are there doing their job. These are not them. The elastic in the waistband is only about 1,5 inches wide and gets twisted. Size runs a bit small and leg length is short for anyone over 5 feet 5 inches. The fabric is not very stretchy. Do not recommend these at all.
