Perfect gift for my 5 yr old son. Works exactly as the video shows. If there's no video on Walmart site, try Target site. I like to do my research. ... or you can YouTube a video run of this toy in action. Down side might be that it takes up serious space. Game/Play room appropriate. perfect gift if you're the aunt/uncle : ) Grandma/Grandpa. In spite of the amount of space it consumes I would NOT second guess this purchase. PLUS, the instructions are extremely easy and takes 30 mins or less to put it together, stickers included. The BEST instructions we've ever had for anything we've put together. This Walmart price was about $10 less than Target the week before Christmas 2016. Plus we used Site TO Store and picked it up before they could remove the last one from the shelf (high 5 to my husband)! It has been working very well. My son grabbed another light weight Thomas, same size, and is able to run 2 trains at once to speed things along. We also have the light weight Percy that we will need to try. My oldest child is 19 yrs. He also loved Thomas as a child. We have never seen or known of a toy manufactured such as this one. Kids will LOOOOVE it. No regrets! Thomas "makes it" every time !
