Good option for flat water.

This is my second life belt. I have had one of these for about ten years and use for flat water paddling workouts. They are very comfortable, I don't really notice it. After about 7 or 8 years I deployed my old one to see how it worked and make sure the pressure cylinder worked. It instantly deployed and has shoulder straps to put on. It can also be easy to manually to keep air in the float bag. I would not use this in especially strong whitewater, it's not it's purpose.
