The La Forme 9" Springform is made from durable and even-heating steel, coated in two layers of premium nonstick surface. The 9" diameter Springform features a buckle mechanism that locks the sides of the pan onto the fluted base. The pan is watertight, so it is perfect for baking cheesecakes and custards in a water bath, but it is suitable for any baked goods and unmolds easily when baking is complete. It also makes an ideal mold for gelatin and frozen desserts. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating. Measures 9" l x 9" w x 3" h.
