Great Set

We ordered 6 sets of these candle holders.(18 candle holders total)We found that 6 were broken and the packaging was not the best.We called customer service and they were extremely nice and helpful.Instead of sending us just 6 pieces to replace the broken ones they sent us 10 in case some of the replacements broke on the way.No need of proof that pieces were broken.No charge for repla

Good Vases

We bought these vases to use as centerpieces for our wedding reception. They are good quality, and look exactly as pictured. A few came broken, but Quick Candles stood behind their product and immediately sent replacement vases. The floating candles are large, exactly what we were looking for.

Square vases and viticsz

Great service and love your products. Ordered a bunch of the square vases and Mercury votives for my daughters wedding. A few of the vases arrived damaged. I emailed company and they immediately replaced them with a couple extra too. The shipping prices were a bit high. I think after a certain amount the shipping should be free. Our order was quite large. I would definitely order from them again.
