Works great with any zwave plus system including home assistant or hassio. It's easy to setup and use. You must make the deadbolt hole in the door jamb deep enough for the deadbolt. If it's too shallow, the lock will try to lock, show an X on the keypad, and try again. This will quickly wear out the batteries. The batteries lasted for 3 months when the deadbolt hole was too shallow. I made it deeper and the batteries have lasted more than 6 months now. The user codes can be updated via zwave plus or from the keypad. It also has a privacy button to lock out all key codes except the master code.

First off, this is an absolutely stunning door handle . I have several of these Yale locks, both exterior and interior, and I've been really happy with all of them. This is probably the nicest one I own though. Quality wise, it's top of the line! The handle is really heavy, very solid, the touchscreen works great, and it's very easy to install.My only complaints about this product is that I wish the interior knob was a lever, and not a round knob. I have both Yale touch screens and regular button locks, so I will advise that you may want to consider how you are using the lock before deciding on the button style. If you have young kids, or live in cold weather, you may want to consider a regular button lock... as young kids struggle with the touch screen, and you will not be able to use your touchscreen with most gloves. However, the great thing about this lock is you can open it with your phone. This is such a life changing feature. Also, the feature that I love the most, is that I can get a notification if my front door is unlocked, which is a wonderful piece of mind if you have young kids.
