Nice simple slick , easy to configure and works well so far. Technical Support is the biggest challenge. Few issue setting up 1st time with nest connect and app, but working fine after resolving it.

Doorknob Key Still Required

So far so good. I had a locksmith switch the door lock from what I had to this new Nest x Yale lock. He even helped me program it, which was fun, then I sat down with Nest Connect and programmed the codes and functions on my phone by myself. Between that and the Ring Doorbell, I now see who isn't closing the door properly. I get an alert to my phone when it hasn't engaged or locked. Home access is easier minus one key. Still need a key for the bottom lock though,
