Abu Garcia C3-6500CATSPC Ambassadeut C3 Catfish Special

Being a novice baitcaster I did some research and found that the 6500C3 was a high quality reel (so I bought a used one) and liked it. I wanted to add some arsenal to my tackle so I purchased the Abu Garcia 6500C3 Catfish Special about two weeks ago and I've been eager to take it out. So tonight I finally got a chance to use the catfish special with the power handle, despite the water being up about 15 feet on the Ohio River. Took some tweaking with the added weights and slip bobber but after a few rounds I had the cast down. Reeled in my first Blue Cat like a champ. I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. A tad bit expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. I look forward to adding a couple more Catfish Specials to my tackle in the future! #Abu4Life
