Warranty information
If you have chipped, cracked, or scratched lenses that you would like replaced, please complete the Lens Replacement form below, and then check out through the shopping cart. Following check out, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. The Revo Repair Department will review your information and then email you within 2 business days and let you know if you lenses can be replaced. They will also let you know where to send your damaged sunglasses.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation email along with your sunglasses and ship via a traceable, insured carrier. Revo is not responsible for lost shipments.
Lens orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 10-15 business days from date of receipt for lens work to be completed.
Please note: Frames older than 5 years old can become brittle with age and run a higher risk of breakage during the lens replacement process. If your glasses are over 5 years old, please clearly state their approximate age in the ‘description’ field on the Lens Replacement order form so that Customer Service is aware.
Please be aware that the warranty terms on items offered for sale by third party Marketplace sellers may differ from those displayed in this section (if any). To confirm warranty terms on an item offered for sale by a third party Marketplace seller, please use the 'Contact seller' feature on the third party Marketplace seller's information page and request the item's warranty terms prior to purchase.
