Delivered Pool Perfect, not Pool Perfect Total

I've been using pool perfect, phos-free and Pool Perfect with Phos-Free since they first appeared on the market and I like them ... But the product offered here isn't what was delivered. What was delivered is the original 'Pool Perfect' enzyme-only product, not 'Pool Perfect Total'. The product delivered is less concentrated and has no phosphate control. There is no reason for anyone to purchase the product delivered at the higher price. I can't think of a reason why the vendor would deliver the wrong product that would reflect well on them.
