I remember you too.

Just as good as the straight phosphatidyl serine 100mg product, but just like it's cousin, my body soon gets use to it so I have to move on to the straight 300mg product without the "complex" part. Of course, I soon get use to that too but it still works for me, just not as effective. I don't leave home without it!

Phosphatidyl Serine Complex

Awesome product, really helped me to feel focused throughout the day, esp. when I take it first thing in the morning. If I have alot of mentally focused tasks to do in the afternoon, I take one more and it really helps me with my focus and alertness.

I think this brand is the best value for the price

I will not do without this Phosphatidylserine! I prefer this brand and Swanson Vitamin Company! I have gotten my brother-in-law and sister on this product and brand. We really can see a difference in our memory processes as long as we use it.
