Layla Sleep Hybrid Foam Mattress | Flippable to a Soft or Firm Side (Full)

I purchased a hybrid king size mattress from Layla Sleep directly from their website. This is a very comfortable mattress. I sleep on the firm side. It is very firm, yet soft enough to not feel like you're sleeping on the floor. I do not feel any springs. Sleeping on my stomach feels amazing and is usually how I fall asleep, though I usually wake up on my back. There is no back pain and I feel supported. The mattress inflated pretty much immediately upon unwrapping and I slept on it later on at night. The safety knife they give to you to unwrap the mattress broke as the plastic was so tightly wrapped. You can use a knife or sharp scissors instead, just be careful. There is a bit of a smell as there is with most new products, especially with the pillows. The smell from the sheets goes away if you wash them first. I find the pillows to be too hard and tall to sleep on, so I primarily use them as body pillows. The customer service is fantastic. They sent me the wrong size sheets but rectified this immediately and told me I could keep the extra sheets and pillow cases for my trouble. They also helped me cancel a part of my order so that I could order something else instead. The customer service is friendly, effective and prompt. I utilised the online chat function whenever I needed assistance. I really appreciate when a company does this as I have social anxiety and find phone calls to be challenging. The only con of the whole experience is the unfortunate reality that mattresses and bed frames are extremely heavy. If you are of a weak stature as I am (female, 5'6", 130lbs) and you live upstairs or need to take the bed upstairs in a house, you will need help. There is obviously no white glove delivery with this kind of mattress-in-a-box service, so you need to take this into account if ordering for a larger bed. I'm not sure about Walmart delivery, but ordering direct from Layla Sleep means delivery via FedEx Ground who will most of the time leave the packages outside and take off (which I don't blame them for, I'd rather they didn't cause themselves injury). My mattress weighed about as much as I do. That is my warning to anyone built like me who lives alone. Arrange help!
