Klymaloft Pads are Awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Klymaloft Sleeping pad makes getting to bed even better after a long day in the mountains. It holds the sleeping bag well and is quiet when you move around and allows for some easy adjustment to just the right cushion. I recommend them to everyone who asks.

Not only is the Klymaloft

Not only is the Klymaloft overly comfortable while camping year round but it's tough. We used it as a shooting pad today and with hot brass laying on it and stepping on it with who knows what below the snow it continues to look and preform like brand new. The thermo insulation is fantastic and is what sets this pad apart when camping year round. P.S. - ensure you have a working pump with you because blowing this up takes a while!

Review of the XL

I'm 6'5" and 250 lbs. I realize the R factor is not the best for this pad but there are minor mitigating steps you can take to make this a solid very early spring to very late fall pad. To take it into Wisconsin winter conditions , I bought a second pad, a 1/2 inch thick foam Sovatta military pad, and the two together allow me to sleep on a tent floor in very cold conditions. For comfort I don't even inflate it half way. It is really the best in comfort. I'm happy with it and I'm not looking to buy any other pad. Cheers
