Replens Vaginal Moisturizer is not a contraceptive and does not contain a spermicide. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.. Keep out of eyes and ears. If vaginal irritation occurs, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, contact your physician. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare provider before use. Store at room temperature 59-86F (15-30C).

Dosage

Use one application every three days as needed for day-to-day comfort and moisture. See enclosed insert for guidance on product application.

Instructions

1) Remove cap from tube. Break seal on tube by puncturing it with the opposite end of the cap. Screw the open end of the applicator onto the tube. 2) Gently squeeze the tube, pushing product into the open barrel of the applicator. DO NOT roll up the tube. The applicator contains the recommended amount when the plunger stops (approx. 1 1/2 inches). 3) Unscrew the applicator from the tube. Replace cap. 4) While sitting, standing, or lying on your back with knees bent, gently insert open end of applicator into the vagina as deeply as it will go comfortably. Holding the applicator in place with thumb and middle finger, press the plunger until it stops. Withdraw the applicator. 5) Immediately after use, pull the plunger all the way out of the barrel and wash both parts of the applicator in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The applicator should be completely dry before reassembly. To reassemble, gently push the plunger back into the barrel as far as it will go.

Perimenopause HERO!

This product (for me) lasts more like 4 days instead of 3, and before perimenopause hit, I used it monthly to get all the dead skin cleared out and it worked WONDERS. Since Perimenopause, things have been very dry and uncomfortable, but Replens has helped SO MUCH! Pain, irritation, and itching from dryness are 100% GONE within just a few hours of using! Intimacy and daily life have improved so much for me with this product. I will never switch to a different brand. Works best for me when I use it before bed (wearing a panty liner), but this is not as messy as one would think.

This product does what it says it will, however, a word of caution….,this is supposed to help with vaginal dryness. The first time I used it I didn't lubricate the applicator and made myself bleed! Either use some petroleum jelly or rub a little of the product on the applicator for easier insertion.
