Need a replacement or refund.

2 separate shipments on different days. In my first shipment, I had to two foot stools and side table that shipped nicely with no damage BUT in my second shipment came my 2 chairs. The box was very damaged (not handled with care) with bent chair bars along with several tears in the wicker, the ends of the chairs were cracked and broken off and couldn't even be assembled correctly.
