Great for making large portions

I love this pan. It's great for making large quantities of food. I mainly use it to brown then simmer meatballs; and for making orechiette with sausage. Because it's so big, it's a little heavy, but it has two handles, which makes it easier to move around. Love it.

I love this pan!!

I love this pan!! It is deep and will hold quite a bit of items. The only down sides are: 1- its heavy- but it will last a LONG time, I can deal with that. 2- it dosent fit in my dishwasher- I have not problem hand washing it. I purchased it specifically because it is metal so down the road I don't have to worry with non-stick surface peeling off. LOVE IT!!

A Gleaming Example of Excellence and Value

A great value compared to All-Clad. The pan heats evenly, as expected, and is a breeze to clean. If oil or butter are used after the pan reaches the desired temperature, it also released very well instead of sticking. The best part? You don't have to baby these pans like non-stick. Even the most durable non-stick have heat limits, and even though they may say you can use metal cooking utensils, they eventually damage the pans. Not with stainless. Turn up the heat and use metal utensils. And, this pan works great on an induction burner. You can even clean the pans to a shine with steel wool.
