This system has a large yet unobtrusive 5" GPS screen that combines a pinch-to-zoom touchscreen interface with Bluetooth features like voice-activated navigation, hands-free calling and on-screen text messages and alerts. You can stay connected with friends, loved ones and colleagues while easily navigating through unfamiliar territory. Other cool features on the Garmin DriveSmart GPS system include a microSD card slot that allows for quick and easy customization, vehicle speed and speed limit readouts, estimated time of arrival notification, quick-change zoom in, zoom out display and easy to configure system settings. It runs on a lithium ion battery that is much more long-lasting than older nickel cadmium models.

We like our Garmin GPS's
We are snowbirds. We always pack our old Garmin when we head to Florida. This year we decided to keep our old Garmin (which is over 10 years old and still works great) up north and purchase a new Garmin in Florida. This would save on one less thing to pack. We are very happy with our new GPS. We like the voice activated feature and drive safe mode with split screen that shows multiple lanes. Super quality and works great!
