Refund Policy

I ordered 6 pairs of these curtains necause I loved the color of the curtains. However, they were very stiff and did not hang nicely. I would have kept them had they been the right size but they were too short. When I called to return them I was told that $64 would be deducted from my refund. I was flabbergasted. When I questioned it the customer service rep told me I would be better off trying to sell them. I don't think i'll Be using Hayneedle again ant time soon.
