Excellent products and customer service
I believe this is the first time a company has given me a hand written thank you note, as well as a follow up email. All that was needed was a phone call. I absolutely love all of Keyport's product, and their employees above and beyond. I met some of them at Defcon, and some of them over online interactions. Solid group. Cheers! Oh and Aimee is the best. She deserves a raise.

Re My order
I am very satisfied with my order, my one small complaint is that I wrongly assumed the faceplate came in pairs. Now to get another faceplate I believe the shipping is almost as expensive as the faceplate. I know the faceplate could go in an envelope for cost of a stamp. It appears to be fine for the sorting machines. The inner mailman in me doesn't want to pay for shipping for that, especially after spending 50$ already. Is there anyway of waiving the shipping fee for a faceplate order? If so that would be awesome, if not I'm still very pleased with your product and would recommend it Antonio

Mandatory EDC!
I've had a Pivot 2.0 for a little while now, and it's been fantastic. I originally bought it during DEFCON Safe Mode in 2020, and it's grown/evolved over time as my use cases have changed. It's currently outfitted with a NEBA module, EDC Pocket Clip, USB Flash Insert (you never know when you'll need to live boot Ubuntu), MOCA tool, RuSH tool, DEFCON stealth faceplate, and my house keys. I'm never without some form of tool for any situation I find myself in. As a side note, Aimee has been an absolute rockstar at helping me out with any questions or concerns I've had about purchases, and has always gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued member of the Keyport community!
