I've used this product for a few years now %26 it does help %26 is worth it. I have Allergies, upper respitory infections %26 Sinus Issues from a car accident in 1994 that resulted in severe head Trauma that required plates, pins, %26 bone grafts to repair left cheek area, bone directly below left eye %26 damage to nasal cavity. One of the areas that would be beneficial to gain better access %26 less scaring was the left nasal cavity which left a opening that would increase infections. Dr said I would deal with this rest of my life %26 would depending on the area I lived in, pets in the home %26 other Allergens in the home. Of course I nailed it on all 3 %26 had issues that worsened over the years. Dr mentioned using a product like this one to flush %26 to keep nasal cavity clean would lessen issues. I didn't try any flushing products for several years %26 when I noticed the frequency of upper respitory, allergys %26 sinus blockages %26 pressure that caused migraine headaches that resulted in missed work %26 family functions. I spent more time in bed with a cold compress on my head, allergy meds, nasal sprays %26 whatever other meds Drs felt could help me. I finally started flushing with saline when family %26 friends said it helps...try it. I did start flushing with saline packets on a regular basis %26 it has made a difference. This is a good product, fair price %26 packets are convenient.
