I haven’t eaten bread in YEARS because it’s known to spike blood sugar and cause weight gain. This organic, delicious, non-genetically altered bread does not raise my blood sugar! It’s loaded with vitamins, minerals and protein and I t doesn’t bloat me up. I have a slice of avacado toast every morning now. It’s so awesome to eat bread again! Good bread!

I use it for sandwiches and also as a snack with butter, cinnamon and sugar! It's delicious. The white bread from the same brand is also very good.
