The elastic is great - however when I received it it was unraveled from its spool - which was annoying

The elastic if fine, but the product came off the spool during shipping. I had to rewind both spools, which were tangled together. I'm sure there is some inexpensive way to keep it on the spool....and btw, the straight pin isn't it.
