I love these. I'll eat them for breakfast lunch dinner it doesn't matter. You can always switch it up with chocolate milk and get some chocolate crispy rice. Wicked good stuff. Rice Cripies cereal was made from brown rice until recently. Brown rice crisps up nicely and it is vastly superior in nutrition compared to white, just as there is a huge difference between bleached and whole wheat flour. Now that the original is no longer using brown rice, I always buy the GV brand which is the same thing for about half the price. 24 ounces is a big box but this cereal is so light you will tend to make a bigger bowl. I also mix some of this in with my other breakfast cereals. It is good with a sliced banana or some berries.
