Doesn't work to fix remotes.

Recommended for fixing remotes, but doesn't work long. The rubber button panel bleeds plasticizers as it gets old, making the surface greasy. Glue or paint won't stick long; even if you clean and dry, it'll just bleed more plasticizers underneath and it'll slide off. This paint only worked for a few days. The only thing that will work is a mechanical fix. I used a sewing needle to thread some fine copper wire through the rubber button underneath the contact patch, then wrapped it over the contact patch and twisted the ends together. Won't go anywhere, no matter how much the rubber bleeds plasticizers. Works great!
