No fishy aftertaste and easy to take
I've tried a few omega supplements before and this one has honestly been one of my favorites. I started taking omega fish oil more consistently to help support my overall health, especially because I've been trying to take better care of my body with PCOS and inflammation. One thing I really like about these is that they're easy to swallow compared to some other fish oil softgels, and the lemon flavor helps a lot because it doesn't leave that strong fishy taste or weird burps afterward. I also like that they feel gentle on my stomach and easy to add into my daily routine. Overall, I've had a really good experience with these and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality omega supplement. I'm already on my 2nd bottle
