NOTE: I am not promising these results, obviously. But my husband began taking these after finding out he had fatty liver. He ALSO started working out and eating healthier. With those three things, his liver enzymes dropped into a normal range in *6* months. His doctor was amazed. He wasn't taking them FOR weight loss or his blood pressure, but it both lowered as a happy accident. But like I said - he started a healthier lifestyle as well as taking these pills. also note, these capsules are large, you definitely want to drink a lot of water with them.

Best Naturals TUDCA = BEST OVERALL!

I started taking Tudca almost 30 years ago, as it was (and still is) a highly recommended supplement for anyone coming off a steroid cycle (yes, I was a competitive power lifter and bodybuilder). I am now in my seventies, no longer taking steroids or competing but still taking Tudca, as it has kept my liver in top shape through all these years. Without any doubt, Tudca has kept my liver enzymes in the normal range for all these years. I prefer Best Naturals Tudca (Tauoursodeoxycholic acid), as it is MADE IN THE USA, comes in small, 250 mg. capsules and if I purchase more than one bottle, a nice discount is included. Finally, Best Naturals TUDCA is 3rd party lab tested with the GMP stamp on the label!

gallbladder support

I just started taking this for my gallbladder and liver. recommended for thinning the bile I'm getting things flowing. I've been having gallbladder problems for a while and I really want to avoid surgery. so far I have no problems with it and I feel pretty good. it doesn't have a lot of extra ingredients and it's a good price, plus it's third party tested for purity.
