this vanilla cherry is amazing. it has no aftertaste and it tastes really good. it does not taste like medicine. after I take it it starts working 15 to 20 minutes after I take it and I fall asleep and sleep through the night. no hangover in the morning or anything like that. once again the flavor is amazing.

I was having a horrible time trying to fall asleep, then would wake up 2 - 3 hours later with a nightmare, then struggle to go back to sleep. I would maybe get 2 - 3 hrs of sleep a night! Overall this works well. The taste of the cherry is pleasant and easy to take. It doesn't do sleep and it does keep me sleeping. also, if I wake up drink the night I go right back to sleep. I would recommend trying it if you're having sleep problems.
