These are good cut and heat resistant gloves. They are slightly stretchy and have enough give to fit my large XL hands. I bought these because I got a propane powered 50,000 btu outdoor wok and I need thermal protection without losing dexterity. It is a bonus for the cut resistant feature as I will be cutting a lot of vegetables and meats.
