Yescom 10’ Blue/White Hexagon Tilting Cantilever Patio Umbrella

I love this 8' Hula umbrella. I am a comparison shopper. The competitors products were smaller and more expensive. It is well made. This umbrella gives the feel of the tropics. We have gotten several compliments. But it doesn't just look good, it is a great shade. I wish it were a crank open/close, but I didn't find that option in any "grass type" umbrellas. Maybe the next generation. I really don't want to put it away for the winter months.

The year round sun is very harsh on patio furniture fabric here, especially umbrellas. With decent patio umbrellas going for something north of $100, I jumped on buying a pair of these when they popped up for $49/each plus free shipping. I read a review about the plastic fringe falling off, but I figured if they last a year here in Arizona, it's worth it. I use one umbrella with a sectional group by a kiva fireplace. For the first few months, I was very religious about putting the umbrella down and covering it when not in use. At some point I decided that it just looks nicer seeing the umbrella up outside my kitchen window, so I started putting it down only if storms were coming (very rare here). The umbrella has held up remarkably well halfway through its second summer. I see they are on sale again w/free shipping. I've thought about buying another pair as eventual replacements, but I'm not sure I will need replacements for at least the next two years. Really, other than fading on the pole, they still look new. PS, the umbrella cover is a nice bonus! IMHO, it's worth $20 by itself!!
