Bad build quality

I purchased this rod thinking that it would be ok based on the reviews. I was sadly mistaken, the rod broke before the first day was over. The reel seat has completely separated from the rod, I don't think I will be purchasing any other rods from Berkley.

purchased two amp rods very satisfied with the action on them. very well built. mainly fish saltwater for trout, redfish , and flounder. throw mainly lures. these rods perform as well as much more expensive rods. keep up the good work berkley!
