Great protection

I was anticipating this cover, as we have been using a tarp to cover my car. This is so much easier to use! I have the XL 210” version It comes wih complete instructions on how to use it; from unrolling/unfolding it to applying and how to fold it up to put it away in its storage bag. It has a tab to show you the end and it does make it easier to apply. You start from the back and work towards the front. It was a little akward the first time, but it was much easier after that. The cover is not too light, and not too heavy-but has some body to it. The seams are reinforced, and not scratchy. The edge is sewn well, and has elastic to help with the good fit. The grommet holes are well done as well. It worked very well, and now the moisture doesn't get into my car (they way the windows are designed and the doors, water tracks into the car interior!). It is so nice to not have the water from snow and rain come in and get my floor all wet. This is much easier to put on than the tarp with another cover for weight. You can use the cable and lock (2-keys) to secure your cover if needed, but I don't need it here at my house. I am using the grommets to attach one gallon jug for weighted resistance if we are to get wind. But the cover seems to manage to breeze quite well, and stays put. I would recommend this cover, and it isn't too expensive. As for how long it lasts not sure yet, but it seems to hold up well to the on and off, and the rain. As I said its so nice to not have water getting into my car, and if someone is burning trash or etc, it wont get on my car either. So win win for us.

Motor Trend Universal Fit Car Cover

I am totally surprised at the construction of this car cover. It is sturdy and durable. I immediately had to try it out. It's easy to use. It's suppose to be UV and water proof. I am using it while car is under carport. It also comes with a PLASTIC COATED and galvanized steel cable (with lock and keys) to secure the cover from theft and high winds. It does not scratch your cars paint, and has a softer underside.

Great weather protection!

Motor Trend All Weather Universal Fit Car Cover is just perfect for the individual who tries to fight off tree sap, bird droppings, the hot sun, and leaves that have been blown into the fold of the hood of your car... like I do everyday. I have always wanted a car cover and this cover will shield your car from the elements of the outdoor world. This cover is gray-xl and fits cars up to 210" however, they do come in a variety of sizes. It is durable, water, moisture, and mildew resistant and made from a very strong polyester. It has reinforced seams which helps to prevent rips and tears and it has an elastic hemline for a custom fit. I live in an area where I have many trees, birds, squirrels, and an array of other animals. Everyday when I go out to my car I am faced with bird droppings and berries which drop from our trees and leaves which have collected in the fold of my hood and I want to stand there and scream! I placed this car cover on my car and it was so nice to later remove the cover and not have all of that trash on my car! This cover is fantastic and I wish I would have gotten one sooner. It would have saved me a lot of headaches! It comes complete with a nice bag to keep your car cover in and you have the option to add a lock onto the cover if you would like to do so. It comes with a lock. I love this car cover and would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to maintain the overall outward appearance of their vehicle.
