Sprayer is too heavy and won't stay in place
We had the Cassidy faucet and sprayer set installed in our new master bath 3 years ago. Sadly, the sprayer is top heavy, keeps coming uncaulked, and falls over, leaving a big hole through which water can leak. It is a poor design, with no anchor beneath the hole in the tile, and we are disappointed in this piece.
