Unsupportive

I bout these and they came in the mail and the box was ripped open so I bring it inside washes them and they started to fall apart to I took out the riped up parts and used the foam I put the foam in my sport bra and went to the gym I didn't realize until i left the gym and got something to eat that the padding had desolved and my nipples were showing the whole time
