this was a great way to salvage employee files, and enter dividers in to organize, and can keep adding if needed. the labels for the tabs are reusable so as employees change, job duties change, requirements if records change, the labels and files makes it so easy to do it all without pulling off tabs or punching holes and rearranging files. great idea!
