Impressive and affordable

What a difference!!!! We have a 2023 Kia Sorento. We had a odd what I can only describe as "shimmy vibration" when coming to a stop. We were convinced it was the brakes but no warning light had ever come on. The tires we had were not that old. Only had 18K miles on them but we are takeing 2 road trips this year and wanted new tires before. We were getting an oil chaange at Walmart and asked about tires. We looked that the Douglas brand in the store and they were $49 off per tire at the time so we made the leap and purchased. They installed all 4 and did the oil change in under an hour. So impressed with the Gardner Walmart auto techs! They always take great care of everyone. On the way home we took the highway/long way home to road test them. Smooth, quiet and handled great. The real surprise was when we exited the highway and came to a stop....NO SHIMMY!!! It was gone!!! Who knew it was the tires all along. We are going next weekend to put the same tires on our truck. Highly recommend the Douglas brand and Walmart automotive!!

this is my first time using these tires and i will say my long-distance trip is great. They are so gentle on the road and also rough roads. We will see how they fair during the winter. So far so good and the price was to die for i couldn't pass. It was a sale price.

Great employees in the Auto Care Center

The Auto Center at the Northeast store is fantastic. As soon as I walked in Makyla met with a hello and was ready to get my tire paperwork ready for me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Then the service tech William came and got the keys and brought my car into the bay right away. He was very good. He explained everything that was going on and was done in no time after torquing all the lug nuts, my car was reay for me. Everyone in the Auto Center were very courteous, freindly and knowledgeable. Makyla and William were top notch and need to be recognized for their work ethic. Thank you for a very pleasant atmosphere while I waited on my car.
