Ready to use out of the box, no assembly required. Extremely stable, fits a large ergonomic keyboard with room for a mouse. Surface mounted latch (under the mouse pad in my situation) releases the catch, allowing simple height adjustments. Choice of five heights, above the bottom resting position. Strongly recommend this for anyone looking to add a stand-up option to their home or office desk.
