Perfect!

I purchased these a long time ago and my only complaint back then had been not enough adhesive. Seems they have fixed that issue, so these are now perfect! They are just as good as any panty liner, only black. I can't really speak to bamboo/charcoal being better for your body, but I love that I can descretely wear a panty liner with black underwear. If they are truly compostable then that is another added bonus.
