I've been using John Frieda shampoos and conditioner since High School. I'm now 31 and still an avid lover of the products, my hair is super thick and course and this shampoo always leaves it smelling good and soft, I can't speak for if these products will work for everyone's hair type but as far as mine goes it works wonders!
