The BEST customer service ever!!
As we were putting the swing together, we discovered that the wood bar under the seat was cracked all the way around, and so the swing could not be sat on safely. I emailed the company about this and requested a replacement part. They emailed me back the very same day and said they were sending me a whole new swing, and that I could either keep the damaged one or throw it out. The new swing was at my house in a couple of days. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at this level of customer service, and they were very polite and apologetic. If only other companies were this accommodating, it would make life so much easier!!

Arrived three days earlier than originally scheduled. With two people, it took us approximately 30 minutes to put it together. The hardest part was measuring all the bolts to make sure we used the correct ones in each location. Have been using for 6 days and love it so far. Sit on it almost every morning and evening while it is cool out. Can't wait for this fall.
