Big let down!

I've always trusted OPI to be among the leaders in nail care and have had good experiences in the past, however, this particular one let me down. Gone is the thick richness of the polish and it goes on thin and streaky, takes forever to dry and the streaks didn't disappear as it dried or with multiple coats.
