SKY Brand Violin Viola Stand Lightweight and Foldable (White)

The folding mechanism has tendency to re-folding itself even when it's supposed to stay open to hold the violin. Therefore, the violin could accidentally topple over. The bow insert is a nice concept but in reality does not quite work out. When the bow is inserted into the hold, there is not enough space / force to keep the bow standing. The bow will fall over at the slightest touch. This violin stand makes me stay on edge whenever I use it, and that defeats its purpose! I tried to contact Sky Music but their links for Customer Service and Returns do not work on WalMart website. I must try to get Walmart to step in now. Reputable sellers would not make the return links obscure and unusable like that! This makes me feel wary of this seller / brand.
