Easy to Apply: 1. Loosen the straps, refastening the hook tab before applying. 2. Slip arms through the loops like a backpack. 3. While holding correct posture, tighten strap and adjust both loops so the support feels snug with a little stretch in the elastic on top of the shoulders. Do not overtighten. The elastic will tighten as you slouch to remind you to straighten up. 4. Start by wearing for short durations (30 min), increasing time as you get used to it. Product Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.

to be honest, I expected the adjustment to be possible from both sides simultaneously, but it's only one and it doesn't work for my small frame. I can't even see how the next size up would, because it can't be tightened very well.
