Arrived with a defect

I've purchased a few of this brand "Galaxy" and they've been pretty good for a value brand. This one however, came out of the package with a fabric defect on the shoulder as shown in the image. I still gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because the fit is good, and I still like this, and other shirts I've purchased from Galaxy.
