Great for helping symptoms. Helps me feel better for a few hours. Contains the homeopathic ingredient in Oscillococcinum but is a much better deal, as it has many doses for a bottle. I accidentally took and went to bed, but couldn't sleep because the anti-fatigue properties of Flu+ kept me awake!
