Helps with digestion

These seem to help my system break down food eaiser. I really notice a change when I am out of them. I love that they are free of many additives & easy to take (can sprinkle or swallow).

Essentiai Enzymes

I highly recommend Source Naturals Enzymes. I can't digest protein. When I eat protein I have this full feeling in my chest. It's like my dinner is just sitting there. If I take one enzyme before each meal I don't have that feeling..
