Walmart#Hayneedle# bongo drums

My purchase was made on line through walmart/hayneedle. Before this issue I had never heard of hayneedle. Anyway, the top of both bongos were cut... badly, making them useless. This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. I'm hoping a refund is quick and easy.
