Best saucepans I have found
I searched for over a year both in stores in Westchester (NY) and online, and these beautiful pans are both visually terrific and physically perfect--better than anything else I could find. The small one pours like a dream, evidence that the engineers who designed it knew what they were up to! (I haven't used the larger one yet, but it, too, looks extremely well-designed.)

I love my new pans!!!
I received my first set of pans with a defect. I called customer service and was promptly sent a new set of pans which I received in perfect condition! Now that's service! Now about these pans. I can't say enough about how much I love these pans. First of all, I love that they are safe to use around my parrots. That takes a lot of worry off my mind. I also like that they are good to the environment. Now, with that being said, how do they fare in the kitchen? I made scrambled eggs with no butter or oil in the frying pan and they just slid right out! Need I say more? I made pasta in the sauce pan and no pasta stuck to the bottom or sides! Cleanup is also a breeze! A little soap on a soft sponge and everything wipes right out. I would highly recommend these pans to anyone. You just can't go wrong!

So far, so good. The lonely complaint is watching the flame in the stove. Even though it was down lower, the handle started burning and the smell was noxious. I think the coating of the handles are just too close to the pots itself. But I will be more cautious in the future.
