BUYER BEWARE!

I received a VERY small bouquet. For $16 dollars, I expected a much larger, and more colorful, mix of dried flowers. The bouquet was sent in a flimsy shipping envelope, and it was crushed flat when I opened it. UNACCEPTABLE!
